Can you customize my order?

A. Email me at info@bracethyself.com and I will check to see if I have available more crystals or stones for a customized order.

ORDERING

Q. I can’t order 2 or more of a certain item!

A.  Some items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.  Unique, individually listed items cannot be ordered in multiple quantities. If you have any questions, please contact me via email at info@bracethyself.com

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Q. How soon can I receive my order?

A. Order are basically one-of-a-kind so, therefore the order will be processed right away.

A. All domestic orders shipping via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS at 3 PM every day. Deliveries for the U.S. can take 5-7 business days. Priority Mail ships in 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

A. All International orders 2-5 Day Shipping Transit Times excluding any delays with customs, it will be the customers responsibility to pay all duty and taxes, import fees, vat, and or ancillary fees and any other fees the country customs poses.

If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or Inclement weather condition it will be process but shipped the next business day.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFO

Q. What if I put a incorrect address in the system while ordering.

A. Customers are responsible for providing their correct and physical address information. We are not to be held responsible for any shipments being delivered to the wrong or incorrect address. If you believe you have provided a incorrect or wrong address, please email the correct address to info@bracethyself.com within 10 mins of placing your order. If you're sending the correct info late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address . Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and any re-delivery cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to BraceThySelf due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if the customer was not available to receive their order at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and re-delivery costs/charges.

Note…All courier service makes deliveries to a physical address, for any reason what so ever they are unable to make the delivery to you, you may have to pickup your shipment or make delivery arrangements with the courier. Only USPS make deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged Products or Wrong Orders

Please inspect your shipment/order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BraceThySelf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided on the order. Questions or inquiries, BraceThySelf will provided you with all of the information to investigate your shipment. It will be solely your responsibility to track, and call the shipping carriers regarding your delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Due to sanitary reasons and Covid-19 all items are non-refundable nor exchangeable and no credit will be issued on any and all merchandise.

To be eligible for a refund, on any item(s) purchased you must cancel your order within 10 mins or before the item has been fulfilled. Please cancel right away.
